The Launch of Summer

I heard about favourite meals from those too shy to post on the comments - I had a chuckle with my sister around our Tofino experience. She agrees that it was one of the best tasting meals we have ever had!

Just like the bottle of Kahlua I bought at duty free in Denver and then had to pay duty. I believe everyone remembers that it was the best kahlua - ever! What was that cost per ounce?

In June I stayed pretty close to home. Getting the summer look...


And we have new tenants...


The critter which I got whiff of occasionally this winter when I approached the shed in the back yard has been busy. There are 6 in the litter. Julia is quite bored by this new development.

So, this summer in Nelson, it seems stripes are in!
